(12/2/07) - Knight Trax completes first training camp in North carolina

Knight Trax recently completed their first training camp in North Carolina. The team made approximatley 20 jumps from the porter and flew 12 hours in the Paraclete XP wind tunnel.

The team decided to do mostly tunnel training for this first camp as they all needed familarity for the 8 way slots. While training the team managed to include almost all of the blocks and randoms as 8-ways. the only blocks that are not able to be completed are 5, 13, 14, 17, 19, 20 and the only randoms that are not able to be completed are B and O.

The size, speed and consistencey of the Paraclete XP tunnel was incredible. The staff are also a valuable asset to the company. helping out in any way possible.

The weather in North Carolina was unfortunatley not as good. Although the team only sat out one day of the week long camp, the temperatures at 6000 feet decided the fact that the team will only be doing exit training for the first camp. Suffering through the cold for 6 days (-10 at 6000 feet) and the uncomfortableness of the porter paid off. Knight Trax have a much better idea of where and how they need to be to pull off a good exit.

The team is looking forward to their next training camp in Deland, FL on the 7th of Jan.
